Comments: It was a great experience from the moment of contact. Sarah answered all my questions, explained the services, and gave me an estimate of what I could expect before Charlie came out. We scheduled an appointment within the time frame I needed. Charlie inspected my heating system and vents and explained that whatever problem I was having was fixed by my changing the filter a few days before he arrived. He was incredibly honest and that means so much! He didn't even charge me for the visit and asked that I call back in the Fall for some heater maintenance. You know I will! Comments: The furnace inside my rental home was going bad and it was winter time. I had Charlie go out to the house and meet me there. He looked at and told me right away that the furnace in there was over 25 years old and I needed a new one. He has installed the new, up to date one and it is working great. Comments: I had a new furnace and new alumi-flex ducts installed along with the AC coil for when we're ready to install AC. I selected Next Level after receiving three quotes. They had the best price, the shortest time to complete the job and were the only contractor not to provide the option to skip the permits. Charlie and Nick did a great job. They were prompt and efficient, and were focused on making sure I was happy with the final product. They allowed me to make changes on the fly and didn't try and increase the price for every change. When the inspector came it passed the 6% air leakage test easily. Pricing was great compared to other diamond certified contractors in the area. Availability of 0% financing was nice. The 10-year 100% guarantee on all of the work was unmatched by any other contractor. Overall, good work, good product line, great price, friendly staff......I would recommend Next Level Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone.

Comments: This job was for both an AC and gas furnace replacement. Next Level was the first company to contact me after I had accessed the HomeAdvisor website. I got several estimates--they were all similar in price, but I felt that Next level's suggestions were most in line with what I wanted in furnace and AC units. I appreciated the financing option. Charlie came out on Labor Day Weekend to give me an estimate. He and his installers were very personable and shared lots of information about the units I got and about heating and cooling in general. They were quick,efficient and seemed to know what they were doing. Charlie came out the 2nd day of the install to review the work. Charlie arranged for the HEERS duct testing to be done the same day. He and is assistant Chad showed up on time, and never left our place with debris. It was hot in the attic and they still spent an entire day installing new duct work. Chad even went back in to take some pictures because he said there were signs our roof was leaking from underneath.
